Role Overview

As part of our Security Operations Center (SOC) department, you will play a key role in supporting and enhancing SAP security operations across a variety of client environments. You will handle end-to-end user access management, troubleshoot security-related incidents, and help optimize access control processes in SAP systems such as S/4HANA, ECC6, BI, and SAP Cloud solutions.

You’ll act as a SOC Champion for key customers, ensuring continuity, quality, and compliance in their security operations.

Key Responsibilities

· Handle user access requests and incidents using ITSM/ticketing tools (e.g., ServiceNow, TopDesk).
· Manage user provisioning/deprovisioning and troubleshoot access issues across SAP landscapes.
· Maintain and enhance SAP authorization concepts based on best practices and compliance frameworks.
· Support role and access reviews, critical access monitoring, and SoD control processes.
· Assist in the implementation of security policies aligned with GDPR, SOX, and internal controls.
· Support audits and respond to security/compliance-related queries.
· Document processes and contribute to onboarding and continuous team learning.
· Work closely with internal consultants, client stakeholders, and external partners.

Your Profile

· Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in SAP Security & Authorizations.
· Solid understanding of SAP roles, user management, critical access, and SoD principles.
· Familiar with SAP systems such as S/4HANA, ECC6, BI/BO, Solution Manager, and SAP BTP.
· Basic understanding of cyber security concepts and IT control frameworks (ISO27001, GDPR, NIST – a plus).
· Experience working with ticketing systems like TopDesk, ServiceNow, or other ITSM platforms.
· Motivated, flexible, and collaborative team player with a professional, customer-focused mindset.
· Able to work independently and manage tasks in a remote environment.
· You should feel comfortable switching between topics, clients, and procedures throughout the day in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
· Comfortable with Office 365 tools and IT tools in general.
