as from February 10th, 2012, the legal status of axl &  trax was transformed from a private limited liability company (BVBA/SPRL) into a public limited liability company (NV/SA).
 
This transformation was done such to prepare axl & trax for its growth ambitions in the following years. Our commitment to our customers as well as the other company details remain unchanged.
