SAP Support Associates
The successful candidate will be part of our support business unit,and work at our customers' premises to take care of their user and role administration. The candidate will perform support activities necessary to maintain a global SAP authorizations concept and guard the implemented authorizations, combining efficiency with effectiveness.
Responsibilities
Perform operational activities with respect to security and authorizations in the different systems of our customers,
ensuring business continuity and conceptually correct solutions.
Execute first and second line support, including role updates, role assignments and user creation.
Required Skills
- general or end-user knowledge of SAP
- functional knowledge in SAP R/3, APO, BW and other applications is a benefit
- persistent loyalty towards the customer for a well pre-defined period
- ability to communicate and interact effectively with security team-mates and team lead, SAP functional and technical teams, front offices and key users
- master English as the project language, Dutch and French is a plus.
